| 1. Step to the right side and squat so you can work on toning the upper thighs. lift the heels if you wish to also work on the calves. | ![]() |
2. When stepping to the side, lift your right arm with a classical hand above your head and left hand in woof woof position by chest (as in photo).

3. Then bring legs back to the middle and repeat the other way, this time alternating the arms and hand positions, so that you can also work on toning those arms. Repeat 8 times on either side. As your muscles strengthen, you may squat further down and hold that position for longer whilst increasing the repetitions. Keep your back straight! |
