DIETS MAKE YOU FAT

So, how did Lisa Clark get on with the system? We caught up with her after four weeks of using the 'Diets Make You Fat' Hypnosis CDs.

Week 2

Finding time to do the CDs is proving harder than I thought. I'm still trying to decide whether that's because I'm genuinely busy or whether I'm resisting the process. But I do know that when I do the CDs, I'm more conscious of the food I eat, I'm nicer to myself with the food choices I'm
making. I have no doubt that with 100% dedication this process could have amazing results.

Week 3

I'm going on holiday next week and will be attending a rather schmoozy party while I'm away. I would love to fit more comfortably into a recently bought slightly-too-tight dress for the occasion.

It's amazing to see that by combining a real focus with listening to the CDs I become wholeheartedly involved in the process and making the CDs a part of my daily routine has given me a real self-love and has made me stop, for this week, at least wanting to put bad stuff into my body. The CDs are a great resource when used as recommended, they can become slightly repetitive, but I'm guessing it's the repetitive element that makes them a tool for successful weight loss.

Incidentallly, I did fit into the dress and it was noticeably less snug. Yay!

Week 4

So that I can keep the process going on holiday I download the CDs onto my iPod. Except, I don't listen to them.

But having listened to them so intensively the week before I left, I was making healthier choices on the menu and was definitely more conscious of my relationship with food - was I eating for the sake of eating? Was I eating because others were? Before these wouldn't have been questions I'd have asked. This unfortunately did not last the entirety of the holiday, and that was obviously because I didn't listen to the CD.

The process is a commitment and while I haven't got scales, I can definitely see a difference in my waistline. I am doing more exercise and feel much better with me. I do think this is a lot to do with the CDs, and if I were to use the CDs more than once a week I think the results would have been more visible.
