There's so much health advice out there. Most of it is telling you that we're all going to die a horrible death if we don't sort ourselves out.

There's no point getting stressed though, as that will drive you to an early grave if the fags, booze and sex don't. What nobody seems to be saying is that to live a long and happy life, you need to enjoy yourself. If you deny yourself all of life's pleasures you may not live longer...it might just feel like you do!

If something starts going wrong, playing up, or drops off...that's when you need to deal with it.
