Juice and smoothie pioneer Crussh has launched a ‘Glorious British Summers’ campaign offering smoothie fans the chance to create and name their own unique strawberry-based smoothie which Crussh will then make fresh in-store!  The most innovative inventor will then win a month’s free supply of their favourite smoothies. How scrumptious an idea is that?

The online smoothie lab is available at www.crussh.com.  If, like me, you're partial to the occasional smoothie, you can dream up any kind of combination to create your perfect smoothie - and choose from a wide list of delicious ingredients and boosters to add to their strawberry base.  After giving it a fabulous name you can take the blueprint for your super-smoothie into any Crussh store, where staff will bring it to life!

 As well as the smoothie lab, Crussh has been launching its own strawberry smoothie variation every two weeks from May until August. From Lychee Cool to Strawberries and Cream, there’s something for everyone... and if there isn’t, then design your own!

 It’s all part of Crussh’ ‘Glorious British Summers’ campaign celebrating the good old British summer and that classic fruit favourite, the strawberry.

 As well as being packed full of fibre, phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamin C, K, B2, B5, B6, omega 3, magnesium (need I go on?!) strawberries are also bursting with water to help keep you hydrated during those (hopefully) hot summer months. 

 So slip into a ‘Glorious British Summer’ with the Crussh Strawberry Smoothie Lab... And who knows, you could win yourself a month’s supply of free smoothies!   I create an 'Orchard Booster' which sounded fabulous but I'm nowhere near a Crussh so the details will have to remain a closely guarded secret...
